We spent two years building a bank for young people, 996 weeks inside the old financial system. Then licenses jammed, regulations flipped, and by month twenty the market we’d bet everything on was dying. Inside that failing bank, one thing was clearly working: an AI system handling the hardest conversations: collections, support, real problems, that actually understood people and fixed things. In a demo, a partner cut us off: “Forget the bank. I want this.”
So we killed the bank and kept the future. With five people and six months later, our AI employees are now running millions of conversations for institutions managing billions, because we treated failure as data and refused to repeat it.
Now the mission is simple and massive: build the system of action for the real economy. Software that sees, understands, and moves: answering the call, restructuring the payment, approving the claim, learning from every outcome. Systems of record will fade into the background. The frontline will belong to AI employees, with Cozmo as the nervous system on top of your data actually running the business. In ten years, the question won’t be “What CRM do you use?” but “Which AI workforce runs you?”
Our goal is for the answer to be one word: Cozmo.
